How do I cancel my subscription?

Bodydex subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Bodydex → Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Open the App Store app, tap your profile, find the Bodydex purchase in your purchase history, and select "Report a Problem."

Where is my data stored?

All your personal data (food logs, weight, recipes, workouts, etc.) is stored locally on your device. We don't maintain a centralized database. AI features send minimal data for processing, which is immediately discarded.

How do I delete all my data?

Open Bodydex → Profile → scroll to the bottom → "Delete All Data." This permanently removes all your information from the device. This action is irreversible.

How do I export my data?

Go to Profile → Export Data. You can export your food logs, weight history, recipes, workouts, and more in JSON or CSV format.

Why are AI scan results not always accurate?

AI food scanning provides estimates based on visual analysis. Accuracy depends on image quality, lighting, portion size, and how the food is presented. Always double-check values for critical dietary needs.

The app crashed or is behaving unexpectedly

Try force-closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, check if an update is available in the App Store. You can reach our support team using the contact form below.

Do you sell my data?

No. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers. Our sole revenue model is subscription fees. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
